In response to What are your estimated expenses for 2021?

Confused again. Here it says +$8M in income, but above it says $3 revenue by 2023.

Helena Samsioe

Agreed. The other screenshot did not yet take our next fundraising round into consideration, where we will expedite the growth of our sales pipeline.

Jeffrey Jacobs

In response to If you seek to raise funds for your solution, please provide details.

Confused. Earlier, it states that GLOBHE has $10M of contracts signed. Why is it saying here that the revenue project for 2023 is $3M?

Helena Samsioe

Apologies for the confusion. The contracts signed value is what we have today but consists of multi-year contracts whereas the revenue is spread out over the coming years.

In response to What is your business model?

It would be useful to better understand the pricing structure. If pricing is set the same for all customers -- B2B, for-profit, not-for-profit, governments -- I could see some differential pricing structures that may increase profitability and ability to further subsidize pricing, if needed, to reach more resource-constrained customers.

Helena Samsioe

We currently have the most basic pricing model to keep it scalable. That said, we are researching the different pricing models within the drone industry to adapt the best possible solution for us moving forward.

In response to What is your path to financial sustainability?

It is not clear to me what "grow the platform" means. Is this related to the technical platform (algorithm, etc.) of something else?

Helena Samsioe

Great question! We will focus on increasing our global coverage of drone pilots and keep them engaged through challenges and missions. This will help us acquire more drone data from an even wider geographical area. At the same time, we will be improving the technical platform to make it more scalable and automate more parts the data request to data delivery process.

Jeffrey Jacobs

In response to Do you primarily provide products or services directly to individuals, to other organizations, or to the government?

UN agencies, academia are current customers to include here. Governments are clear future customers if not yet achieved today.
I would think that there is further opportunity beyond telecom industry, i.e., energy, agriculture, etc.

Helena Samsioe

Agreed! We see the swift shift of interest from various vertical markets is happening as we speak. Our first step here is to educate them first so they understand how drone data can help to solve their issues.
