What specific problem are you solving?

At present, in India, we have in total of 741 districts. As per our recent survey, we found many of them with having no doctors. Not only just doctors but there also has a shortage of technicians (who know about medical gas pipeline systems), ventilator operators, and experts for ambulance support.
Most of the districts have no control room and the few who have are running with 2 unskilled workers, they provide telephonic support only and are failing to help citizens and doctors. With having no ventilator operators, technicians present in 741 districts, the lives of billions are in danger.

Challenges:

  • Lack of Expertise
  • Lack of Skilled staff/ Operators
  • Absence of Remote Inspection
  • Low Motivation
  • Complex training/ teaching process
  • Lack of Physical Training Centers

Our solution will serve 1255786 Doctors, 3070000 Medical Operators, 3704099 Patients, Government, Armed Forces and will protect and save Civilians' lives in the next five years.

We will provide 10 licenses to each district and distribute in a way 1 will give to Civil Surgeon/ Chief Health Officer, 1 license to District Magistrate and remaining 8 licenses to a team (including 2 for the ventilator, 2 for the ambulance, 2 for medical gas pipeline system and 2 for patient care) in every district.

In one year, we will be serving 125578 Doctors, 307000 Medical Operators, 370409 patients in India.

Hospital visits take longer and the absence of operators and medical professionals increases the risks of accidents. Not to mention, the cost of travel and board is extremely high. Remotely eradicate the need for such inspections by enabling high-quality AR-enabled communication online. It helps ventilator operators and medical personnel eliminate mistakes and significantly increase uptime.

Please explain in more detail here.

Over the last three years of my experience as a social entrepreneur, I have been seeking hands-on experience and mentoring from industry experts to solve problems and create an impact. This missing link can be fulfilled through this program. I would like to get advice and mentorship from those who have expertise in social enterprise operations in rural area settings and can help us grow in this domain in a strategic and sustainable way.
