Work in India and Indonesia is lagging somewhat behind the rest of the world in economic achievements. The scale of the problem in the communities we will be working in within India and/or Indonesia will be drastically increased with our new technology.
The entire countries populations will benefit tremendously because we are making the new technology available for all to use and prosper by using it for their own personal gain.
The whole world is affected by the climate crisis. Burning fossil fuels emits multiple air pollutants that are harmful to both public health and the environment. The burning of fossil fuel gives out harmful compounds like sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.
Scientists say that the burning of coal, oil and natural gas is the main factor to the rapidly rising level of carbon dioxide that is driving the climate change. When there is an increase in the percentage of carbon dioxide in the air, the amount of heat in the carbon dioxide also increases. The amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere causes the surface of the earth to warm by trapping the heat and creating greenhouse gases, which in turn causes global warming. Global warming causes the ice caps to melt, which in turn causes the water level to rise and erode the coast lines and flood coastal cities.

The entire world needs to utilize renewable energy to protect our health and environment. While that is the bigger picture, many in the world are underserved with the basics of the things that we in the industrial areas take for granted. The main intent of this project is to make my patented invention available to everyone for their own beneficial use and contribute to the achievement of societal and relevant outcomes.

Electricity generated with fossil fuels is expensive, unhealthy for us and our environment, and is not readily available to everyone in the world. This will allow local business to operate within their respective economies, utilizing local labor at the current prevailing wages, and allow for the full participation of women and persons with disabilities.
Many products can be derived from this invention. These can be of any size desirable and in many forms and shapes. Some of the products include solar ovens, water heaters and boilers, solar platforms, and electricity generators. The project should move forward to make these products available to the people of the world for their beneficial use. Because of the climate crisis, it is critical to help slow global warming.

The following diagram shows a representation of a renewable energy machine that is second to none and will help slow global warming.
This diagram, for a new unique, novel designs of solar platforms and controlled by our new solid-state electronic, dual-axis, solar tracker control system encompasses several of my theories about renewable energy and is achievable. I like to refer to this as our Sustainable Power.
The above incorporates the first two of Newton’s Law of Motion. Newton's First Law of Motion states that an object in motion tends to stay in motion, and the Second Law of Motion states that when a force acts on an object, it will cause the object to accelerate; deceleration is acceleration with a negative sign on it.
The control system seeks the brightest spot in the sky, locates the sun, and then tracks the sun constantly.
It is to be mounted on a 2-tiered pole. The solar modules are located on the top tier and the blower, motor, alternator, and batteries are located on the bottom tier. The top tier, containing the solar modules, is mounted on a 2-axis platform controlled by my patented control system. (U.S. Patent 8,710,414)

What is your theory of change?
Theory of change for rooftop solar is the problem. Buildings/Homes were not designed for rooftop solar, they were designed to keep the weather out. The structures were built to hold up the building and roof, and not the added weight of the solar modules. Solar modules installed on the roof presents a safety hazard, and a fire hazard. They are shock hazards to the firemen and hampers their ability to cut a ventilation hole in the roof. The answer to this is to not install solar modules on the roof, but elsewhere, and to not create a problem with roof warranty. The next best possibility is to install them in the back yard. The answer to that is to install the modules on a pole, high up and away from the open ground. Walden's Greenergy Solar, LLC's preference is pole mounted. This arrangement can provide for a shaded patio cover and a Bar-B-Que grille.
Some want the modules mounted on the ground, or very close to the ground - doubtful if any will allow over 10 or 12 feet above ground. All counties need their building codes revised to allow the change. All building codes needs to allow heights of at least the highest 'pitch of the roof', or possibly chimney height. A Legal Team will be hired, and we will pursue with vigor to get the building codes in all states changed to accommodate pole mounted solar modules. We will also pursue installing combination solar and wind/water multi-tiered platforms.

How are you measuring your progress toward your impact goals?
The best value is the fact that one can start a good renewable energy business with a very small amount of capital, and maintain it with small monthly subscription prices. Decent work and economic growth is possible by starting a business, many jobs will be created and people can earn a good living. It is believed that millions of jobs can be created both in India and Indonesia.
We plan to create many businesses via Self, Franchises, White Labels and Subscriptions. This will create many affordable and clean renewable energy jobs and can provide safe and clean drinking water, as well as provide for much needed economic growth. This will create many sustainable cities and communities.
We have what I like to refer to as a Sustainable Power Machine; it's like the Eveready Battery - it just runs and runs.
A professional management team is being formed to take this company to market and generate many affordable and clean energy jobs in Renewable Energy.
We have many theories to solve, including one for a Desalination Plant for sea water, to provide potable water for clean drinking water and sanitation. This will solve many of India's and Indonesia's good peoples problems.
What barriers currently exist for you to accomplish your goals in the next year and in the next five years?
Funding!
Walden's Greenergy Solar, LLC is seeking Equity financing, or government grant funds in renewable energy. We have formed a success oriented professional management team to take the company to market.
We are currently seeking $5,000,000 USD on a five year plan. Money is needed for the purchase of a production run of our solid state dual axis control system. These fund are being sought from the Desert Angels firm in Tucson AZ. The COVID-19 pandemic has put a damper on the progress in this application, but we are still hopeful on the outcome.
Additional funds are needed for the purchase of several dual axis motorized slewing drives,. along with the raw materials to build several pole mounted solar platforms for testing purposes. Funding is also needed for wind tunnel testing of the solar platforms to withstand hurricane force winds.
Ocean Wave Tank experiments need to be performed on the water platforms, and both them and the solar platforms need to be studded for output performance.
Walden's Greenergy Solar, LLC offers the opportunity for anyone who wants to open a business in renewable energy can do so. They in turn can offer many really good paying jobs to the population.
How do you plan to overcome these barriers?
The barriers to this endeavor are many; there is the COVID-19 pandemic; the unemployment rate; the jobless rate; the political scene, and the slowing of the economy.
The unemployment rate might be low percentage wise in Indonesia, compared to India and the rest of the world, but with a little more effort it could be zero. The rate could be closer to zero elsewhere.
The jobless rate also could be greatly reduced if many businesses were started and jobs were created. The opportunity is there for the taking; don't let it get away.
Granted, the political scene worldwide could be improved, and the people can make it happen. It is amazing what can be accomplished when the good people come together and work hard for the benefit for all.
Just imagine how the slowing of the economy could be improved, if everyone would just set their mind to it.

What is your operational model?
Walden's Greenergy Solar, LLC is a startup, and presently without revenue. We have a unique patented solar control system, and a lot of theories that need go to market. Our business plan is to make everything available to the business community for them to use for their own good; by supplying a multitude of jobs in their local areas, and growing the economy.
We currently have a team of approximately 150 Independent Contractors that will introduce our vision to the business people that might want to get involved in the Renewable Energy Business.
These people will create jobs for the local population, and in turn improve on their own local economy. Then as the economy grows, so do the private investors get a good return on their ROI.
When the investors see that they are getting good ROI on the original investment, they will be more inclined to invest again.

Our Dual Axis Solar Control System is the best on the market; efficiencies gained with the control system are expected to be in the range of 20% to 40%, and the Business Plan is to make all of the companies products available worldwide for all to use for their own best interests. The plan is to create many products and make them available to others. This will be accomplished by Self, Franchises, White Labels and Subscriptions.
Many new businesses can be created, and they in turn will create a multitude of new jobs worldwide. The new jobs will make everyone's economies grow and prosper, including those of India and Indonesia. Everybody in the world can benefit from the renewable energies made available from our many products and theories. We are building a large sales force, approximately 150 currently, of Independent Contractors to introduce our business to others throughout the world.
We plan to favor veterans in the United States, and train them for business ventures as well as offering 'on the job training' for workers. We plan to offer, as needed, a job for everyone that wants to work; none will be excluded. Our plan is to train them to move on to better places, if that is their desire.

For the first year we are offering a profit share: In consideration for the duties performed hereunder, the Volunteers shall be entitled to 1% of the annual net profits in lieu of a salary, earned by the Company based on the Volunteers efforts. Principal Members to date: Yours truly as CIO / Owner / Inventor, an Architectural Design Engineer, Control Design, Photovoltaic Power Plant Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Photovoltaic Power Plant Design Sales & Marketing, Business Manager, Financial Manager, Technology Manager, We are still building i.e., we have someone who wans to be CEO; a licensed electrician who is registered in 2 states and wants to be registered in more states; we have an independent contractor who also will be a company manager in Kenya, and we can use more if they can fruitfully contribute. We have approximately 150 Independent Contractors currently under contract who will be earning very attractive salaries to help get the company on an immediate income basis. It will be win-win proposition for everybody starting on day one. We plan for everyone to be well paid.
