60% of new resident physicians aren't confident enough to perform core procedures, and only 3% of surgeons have access to high-quality continuous training. That's because of a legacy training system. Akiraa XR wants to help residents truly experience what a surgeon does, so they can understand the process better. The Platform developing an immersive collaboration that allows residents to experience surgery through the surgeon's eyes and follow their steps simultaneously in the virtual world, without disturbing the surgeon. You can fail and repeat as many times as needed. Complications arise, and the existing VR simulators fail to capture this.
