with ease and at the right cost. These “legal services” are purchased online by
customers from lawyers and law firms that will be real virtual stores with all
necessary tools for an e-commerce service.

There are additional features such as a case manager with digitalization of
documents, a process manager to organize lawyers work, their time and
productivity, a CRM, an ERP with a billing module, e- payments and invoicing, and many other additional tools to open the door of e-commerce to lawyers, law firms and customers. IN-SIDE will impact the market of e-Legal services!

What specific problem are you solving?

We mainly solve 3 problems:

1. It is difficult to find the ideal lawyer. They are not usually on the Internet so they demand a personal involvement and performing tedious and stressful procedures, so people avoid hiring us, what affects their quality of life;
2. Lawyers carry out complicated and technical processes and we do not have tools designed for this purpose, which affects our productivity and quality of life, and;
3. Lawyers are usually expensive, our prices tend to be arbitrary and it is very rare that you can pay for them online.

What is your solution?

IN-SIDE will change the world by transforming Lawyers into Digital Lawyers and as such someone essential in the daily life of people and their businesses. Law firms will be part of the 4th industrial revolution as potentializers of businesses allowing them to be more successful by helping them efficiently comply with the law. IN-SIDE will help create a fairer and more prosperous society.
IN-SIDE is innovative in 3 aspects:
In the Product: It is the only transactional social network for lawyers and clients, which allows to hire a lawyer with a reverse auction and that solves all the technological needs of lawyers in a single app that facilitates the integral management of their processes.
In the Business: Unlike other legaltech companies we charge lawyers a very low membership, we even have a free profile, thus being more accessible hoping to monetize the business from the client side, who pays a fee on the transaction for the service received online, guaranteeing security, better prices, transparency and speed;
And in our Technology: We create an enterprise management ecosystem through an ERP integrated in a Social Network that empowers the lawyer with artificial intelligence engines that are based on predictive logic, similarity theory and unsupervised learning

We have created IN-SIDE because as a lawyer I know that everything in life is governed by the law and people need to have a lawyer to help them apply it in the best way.
With IN-SIDE people have thousands of lawyers in their palm of their hands and we, the lawyers, a tool that allows us to work efficiently and be available at all times.
That's why IN-SIDE is a comprehensive management platform for law firms, which creates the only social network for lawyers and their clients, where legal needs can be met and shared with others in a virtual environment in a simple, agile and funny way.

We start from the premise that law must be globalized so that we can speak of a commercial and political globalization. With IN-SIDE we promote the work of Lawyers beyond their borders. We help jurists who are not famous to achieve that fame and notoriety that would otherwise be impossible. At the same time, we allow people to access quality legal services with a cell phone as if asking for an Uber. In the end, if we all follow the law, we will have fairer and more prosperous societies. This will change the world.

Simplicity is our competitive advantage: everybody knows how to interact with social networks. IN-SIDE ́s main value proposal is to simplify the customers need for “legal services”, the selection and hiring of a lawyer, and the resolution of “legal services” through e-commerce.

IN-SIDE ́s social network allows bi-directional search and interaction between
customers and lawyers. Our Chat and videoconference tools are designed to solve Q&A ́s and negotiate terms and conditions. The new profile pages of lawyers and law firms within IN-SIDE will replace the current landing page that most lawyers use and transform them into (e-Legal) virtual stores to buy/sell legal services.

Our powerful CRM will aide lawyers find customers and grow their client base with UpToDate tools and procedures. The cycle is completed with an online billing module with e-payments and invoicing.

We must emphasize the importance of Big Data that can be collected from the social network that in turn can be used for benefit of the industry

Our technological core is Odoo but we have invested 3 years and more than half a million dollars in our own development. Our technology is unique and specially designed for the world of law.

We have all the possible information security and privacy measures. This is something created by lawyers for lawyers.

We have a mixed business model of memberships and revenue over transactions.

Our financials in five years project monthly earnings of $200K dollars after
month 14. Cashflow evolves positively every month.

We charge monthly memberships like Netflix or Spotify and revenue over transactions like AirBnB. 

We have 5 different plans from 4,99 per lawyer per month to 49,99 per month and we take 10% of every transaction.
