Appreciate the suggestions on the tagline. There are character limits however that make it difficult to add a meaningful description in the title.

Do you want to share your pilot traction till date and feedback received from communities? Since community partnerships are a key aspect of your solution, traction securing partners will be helpful too.
In response to What is the problem you are solving?
I thought you described the problem much better above - 'The inaccessibility of (affordable?), nutritious food - especially in low income communities - is a driving factor in the global epidemic of obesity, diabetes and other chronic disease.'
