Project Summary:
Act Now is an extension for Google Chrome that helps social movement organizers connect with audiences who care about the goals they are organizing around. The extension analyzes articles users are reading, and recommends concrete ways to take action on the issues the user is reading about, from a database of events and actions posted by movement organizers. This platform is being co-designed with organizers from a variety of movements and organizations to serve their mission of creating transformative change.
