Shagara purifier water tank, Modular 2 in 1, stores and purifier, long lifetime, 99.9% effective, ergonomic, is used by gravity or solar pump, it can be used anywhere in the world, affordable to 0.1 cents per gallon, 45-day supply of water in emergency situations.

The problem:

When the climatic phenomenon "El niño" arrived in the Central American region, facing the worst drought in its history, with little access to water and food, increasing the need for high-capacity water purifiers to purify water with sediment, distributing water filter, in rural and urban communities, collaborating with NGO´s and organized communities, discovering the need for a more effective product and storage, awakening resilience and innovation with new technologies to adapt to climate change.

Why our solution will solve the problem:

Our purifier water tank is able to turn wine into water.Obtaining 99.9% efficiency, 20,000 gallons long lifetime, does not need electricity, maintenance and housing is recyclable, sustainable auto-product, eliminates the use of wood, does not use any chemicals such as chlorine. Reduces 3 tons of C02 per year, generating $500 savings in consumption of purified water, it is a product that can be installed in your home, or can supply drinking water to a rural community with adaptations to pumping with renewable energy.

How we will sustain our team financially:

The cost of the gallon of purified water in Central America is US $ 2.00. If we leased our system, at a cost of U $ 1.00 a day, with the subtraction of a river or a nearby water well, we would save the consumer $ 1 per day, less physical wear, higher quality, quantity and cost-benefit.
