Would like to see more line item detail. A high level Income Statement projection.
Need to clearly identify and articulate what your "Distribution Channels" are for this market. Are there Wholesalers, Distributors, Retailers? Or is this only a 'direct-to-customer' channel?

Please explain more about "building the architecture needed to scale..." The previous sections did not seem to touch on this aspect, and it seems like a fairly critical piece to your overall premise (since a 'good portion' of funding would go into this area).

I like that you know your customer/market well enough to know that you need to do paid pilots.
In response to How will you keep human-centered design at the core of your future growth and operations?
This is a good high level overview - but could be made stronger by being more specific on exactly "who and how" 'the folks who are the most powerless...' are indeed the ones at the center of your solution.
