Alia Rasoully is the Executive Director and Founder of WISE Afghanistan. She has a Master's in Business Management and is a graduate of the Columbia University Master of Health Program. Alia has over 10 years of experience in healthcare innovation, strategic planning, and advising/consulting on multiple global development programs. Alia has been leading efforts in Afghanistan focused on access to health and education for women and children since 2011. She currently resides in San Francisco, California and travels to Afghanistan often, currently leading the expansion of the Salamat Maternal Health app. Through Salamat, Alia envisions a world every mother and child receives quality health care, even for the most vulnerable populations.
