Brian Glaister

Head of Justice Solutions, Axon

Brian Glaister is a recovering entrepreneur currently serving as Head of Justice Solutions at Axon where he is building a new business unit from the ground up to bring efficiency, accountability, and equity to the justice system. Formerly he was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Itron where he built software solutions to help electric utilities combat climate change, and co-founder and CEO at Cadence Biomedical where he invented and commercialized wearable medical technology that has helped tens of thousands of stroke survivors relearn to walk across the globe. He is also a mentor and core-committee member at the Jones+Foster Accelerator at the University of Washington (UW) where he helps launch student-run startups in industries ranging from semiconductors to sauerkraut. He has been honored as a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Puget Sound Business Journal, a Member of the Wall of Fame at UW's Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship, and as a Fellow with the Young Leaders Forum at the National Committee on US-China Relations.
