Caitlin is a creative strategist working at the intersection of business and social change. At Johnson & Johnson she is responsible for building an environment, culture, and practice of innovation focused on social impact for the Global Community Impact team. She currently supports teams across two platforms, J&J Impact Ventures and the Center for Health Worker Innovation. Most recently before joining Johnson & Johnson Caitlin helped leaders and teams at eBay Inc. leverage technology and commerce as a force for good – by creating economic opportunity, driving a more circular economy, and helping people support the causes they care about. Prior to eBay she managed the team at ecofabulous, a Silicon Valley based start-up specializing in sustainable lifestyle content. Caitlin is an Aspen Institute First Mover Fellow and has volunteered and held board roles with a variety of non-profit organizations. She is an Oregonian now living in London after having spent ten years in the SF Bay Area.
