Claudia Belmont is the Country Manager of Colombia at Belcorp, a leading direct sales company with presence in 15 countries in Latin America and over one million women beauty representatives. She is also president of Belcorp Foundation, the company’s charitable arm.

Claudia has been dedicated to designing, piloting and implementing double bottom line initiatives in several countries in the region, financially including over 200,000 women with one of the three products developed: insurance, credit and/or saving. She has also contributed to decreasing Belcorp’s environmental footprint by 30,000 tonnes of CO2 in its operations, resulting in over $1 million of savings for the company.

Prior, she held various positions at Belcorp, including financial analyst, marketing brand manager, leadership and culture manager and sales director. Belmont earned an MBA with a specialization in Strategy and Decision Sciences from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and a BS in Public Policy and Management from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
