Head of Academics, Kiron Open Higher Education
Hila Azadzoy is part of Kiron Open Higher Education’s founding team, an innovative social start up, which removes barriers for refugees to higher education through smart digital solutions. As the Head of Academics Azadzoy has shaped the continuous development of Kiron’s revolutionary academic program, developed relevant strategic partnerships and conducted organization building. Having a family history of migration from Afghanistan, she has developed a strong sense for the inequalities in access to education and the challenges of addressing these within education systems. Azadzoy holds a Master of Science in Politics, Economics and Philosophy and has launched her career at Human Rights Watch, with over three years of experience as a professional translator, working extensively with refugees.
