Isa Ellis

Senior Program Officer, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation

Isa Ellis is a Senior Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation focused on increasing access to and participation in quality education and employment pathways that lead to economic opportunity and upward mobility for Black and Latino young people, and those experiencing poverty. Prior to joining the foundation, Isa was national vice president at Boys & Girls Club of America (BGCA), where she launched the 150-year-old organization’s first national postsecondary and workforce development strategy. She has a master in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a master in public administration from Baruch College of New York.
