Jeff performs strategic advising and operational consulting to social impact enterprise organizations (for-profit and non-profit), works with Executive Directors/CEOs to actively utilize their strategic and/or business plan as the foundational management tool for achieving desired outcomes, embeds Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence as a framework to support effective execution, and creates and implements New Product/Program launch processes across the organization. Jeff previously spent 20+ years managing the Global Supply Chain for Adobe Systems and is also the co-author of the book “Our Day to End Poverty: 24 ways you can make a difference”
