Jessica Minhas is a human rights and mental health advocate, researcher, and program implementer and the Founder and CEO of I’ll Go First, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to leveraging the power of storytelling and mobile technology to bridge the mental health treatment gap, promote mental well-being, and prevent mental health disorders for under-resourced communities around the world. She is a sought-after educator and expert on mental health, psychological trauma, trafficking and human rights. Her platform has included the Fourth Global Mental Health Conference, Harvard University, Columbia University, ARISE News, Huffington Post Live, TEDx, among many others. Jessica has completed graduate studies work in Journalism at New York University, and in Global Mental Health Trauma and Refugee Recovery with Harvard Medical School. She is also the founder of Founders Collective, a mastermind community of female social entrepreneurs dedicated to solving the world’s most pressing issues.
