Laura currently serves as Director of the Operating Group at Softbank Group where she focuses on delivering operational support to help portfolio companies accelerate growth and scale up through partnerships and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Softbank she was the Global Head of Fintech Acceleration for Citibank where she speed the implementation and launch of new digital products leveraging open innovation. She also supported tech startups grow and scale as Chief Acceleration Officer at The Venture City and serves at the Board of Banco Sol in Bolivia.Laura holds a Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics from American University and a Masters in Innovation and Global Leadership from MIT
