Lisa Brady

Director, Supply Chain Sustainability and Circular Economy, Cisco

Lisa Brady is the Director of Supply Chain Sustainability and Circular Economy at Cisco. She has the proven ability to both inspire and drive transformation through innovation and building a business case for change. Creating models to navigate risk and uncertainty underlies her best practice work for a resilient supply chain.

As part of Cisco’s supply chain operations, she is responsible for driving social, environmental and economic impact in Cisco’s global operations, particularly focused on human rights, and responsible sourcing and manufacturing. Lisa also oversees the strategic leadership and cross-functional goals for a circular economy, accelerating the path to circular advantage for Cisco across the enterprise. This work includes product and packaging design for reuse and repair, using renewable and recyclable materials, reducing material use and waste in operations and creating technology solutions to enable customers on their journey to a circular economy.

Prior to her role at Cisco, Lisa led the Supply Chain Sustainability integration for the merger of EMC and Dell, as well as Sustainability Risk and Environmental Responsibility for the Dell Supply Chain. Before the Dell EMC merger, Lisa created and led the Sustainability organization for Global Product Operations at EMC Corporation, where she developed global programs to ensure a resilient supply chain, social and environmental responsibility, and global market access.

Before her career in technology, Lisa worked in the healthcare industry, where she held leadership positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine and provided consulting services to the World Health Organization.

Lisa holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA and MSW from Boston College. She is President of her local non-profit education foundation. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time with her family and raising a puppy to become a service dog for a non-profit assistance dog organization.
