I have accumulated over 25 years of working experience in the development sector at various organizations, and at different levels. My work has focused on urban and rural marginalized children, adolescents and youth, with a goal of bringing positive change to the lives of these vulnerable group whilst also working experience with business, community people and adults family mention for successful transition to decent work and active citizen of the target group. My core competency is in areas of education, skills development and livelihood, corporate social responsibility, urban and rural programming in Bangladesh. I have also gathered experience and witnessed success in fundraising and budgeting, advocacy and at representing programs at both national and international platforms. I have also managed large numbers of highly professional staff members, and have developed capacity to monitor and evaluate the program.
