Of Polish-German origns, Nicola has vast international management and development experience, having lived more than 10 countries, and having worked for prestigious institutions such as the World Economic Forum and Time Magazine.

With a Master in International Negotiation and Policy Making from the Graduate Institute Geneva and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Entrepreneurship from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, she is currently Gastromotiva’s Chief Executive Officer.

Solution: Gastromotiva will build a self-sustainable social business model that can tackle food waste and its negative repercussions in cities. With a circular economy approach we will repurpose food surplus offering alternative supply chain and consumption solutions while connecting and educating all stakeholders, enhancing our reach and impact through technology.
