Rachel Levy Wexler is the Senior Vice President of Market Advisory Services, which is bridging the gap between education and economic opportunity to build the workforce of tomorrow. Penn Foster works with hundreds of employers, community-based organizations, and academic institutions to equip more than 200,000 learners each year to develop new skills, earn credentials, and chart new pathways to careers in high-demand fields. In her current role, Rachel evaluates and executes relationships and initiatives that expand Penn Foster’s ability to impact learner populations at scale. Rachel works with strategic partners to develop job readiness programs focused on the Future of Work. Her team focuses on partnerships in the allied health, skilled trades, and veterinary health fields. Previously, Rachel led Product Management and Content at Penn Foster, transforming the offering into a contemporary digital learning experience and expanding the portfolio into new and growing career areas. With more than 20 years of experience consulting to and managing education product teams, Rachel has held leadership roles at Pearson, The Princeton Review, Pri-Med, and a number of education startups. Rachel is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
