Taryn Rogalski-Salter, Head of Global Regulatory Strategy and Operations, joined the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute with 25 years’ biopharmaceutical experience in roles spanning manufacturing, analytical development, global regulatory policy and, regulatory affairs. In the course of her career, Taryn was directly involved in the licensure of over ten human health vaccines collectively improving countless lives. She’s led global regulatory affairs at Takeda Vaccines, Novartis Vaccines and held regulatory positions at Merck.  A graduate of Wagner College, she earned her doctorate in biology at Dartmouth College.
