Tracy Palandjian

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Social Finance

Tracy Palandjian is CEO and Co-Founder of Social Finance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the development of Pay for Success, an innovative public-private partnership that mobilizes capital to drive social progress. Prior to co-founding Social Finance US in 2011, Palandjian was a Managing Director at The Parthenon Group, and also worked at Wellington Management Co., and McKinsey & Co.

Palandjian is co-author of Investing for Impact: Case Studies Across Asset Classes, and serves as Vice-Chair of the U.S. Impact Investing Alliance. She is a member of the Board of Overseers at Harvard University, and serves on the boards of Facing History and Ourselves and the Surdna Foundation. She is also a Director of Affiliated Managers Group (NYSE: AMG).

A native of Hong Kong, Palandjian is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.  She holds an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar.
