labor market, with 92 percent of all job ads requiring definitely digital or likely digital skills, even if the job requires a high school diploma. The more digital skills a person possesses, the higher their median wages can become. A person with no digital skills earns up to $18 median hourly wage compared to $43 median hourly wage for a person with 9 digital skills.
“Despite the high demand for digital skills and the desire for skill-building opportunities among workers, many people have not had the opportunity to fully develop such skills. This lack of access to digital skill training hits workers and entrepreneurs of color hardest.” McKinsey & Co. reports 70% of front-liners, who are mainly people of color, desire to promoted to higher career opportunities. Only 4% ever achieve a promotion as they lack the tech and/or cultural skills for the next career level.
Front-liners have been barred from promotional, training, and apprenticeship opportunities as they lack theoretical Algebra knowledge. According to researchers Saxe and Braddy report, A Common Vision for Undergraduate Mathematical Science Program 2025, many adults have shunned STEM careers as they are terrified of Algebra equations, albeit many are good at solving for the unknown. Algebra and its equations gather known facts in a step by step format to solve for unknown facts. Algebra has been considered the gateway to problem-solving. Sadly, “Algebra is the single most failed course in high school, the most failed course in community college,” and at a 4-year university. While 60 percent of post-secondary learners must take at least one course in math, about eighty percent of students never fulfill the requirement.” They leave without graduating from post-secondary or they downgrade to a non-STEM related specialty with lower-income levels.
SenseiiWyze measures applied Algebra skills while coaching through the creation of a vision board and tracking of goals. SenseiiWyze provides institutions individual and collective data to substantiate front-liners problem-solving ability while showcasing their personal thoughts regarding goals. The SenseiiWyze AI coach and motivational texts provides evolving data of the best mechanisms to build training and career development pathways to increase outcomes.

SenseiiWyze measures applied Algebra skills while coaching through the creation of a vision board and tracking of goals. SenseiiWyze provides institutions individual and collective data to substantiate front-liners problem-solving ability while showcasing their personal thoughts regarding goals. The SenseiiWyze AI coach and motivational texts provides evolving data of the best mechanisms to build training and career development pathways to increase outcomes.
Users input goals, goal descriptions and select pictures within the app. Those pictures are populated onto a one-page vision board. Pictures can be rearranged making them larger or smaller based on priority in their life. Individuals screenshot vision board and place as screensaver allowing them to see their vision board, daily.
Our conversational AI coach will review vision board to provide conversational nudges and text messages to complete goals daily, including a career change to earn more income. Nudges and text messages will include text news to convince user that a tech career is a significant method to earn more income. Nudges and text messages will redirect users to a puzzle maze game to move a robot from point A to point B using stacked blocks with simple directions, angle degrees or algebra.
Upon completion of each level, user receives a congratulatory message they created some JavaScript code, proving they have the algorithmic mindset needed for technology careers. Every 10 levels correspond to a different mathematical concept. The first 10 levels represent logic, second 10 levels represent applied geometry and final 10 levels represent applied Algebra. Future levels will focus on other math topics related to tech - exponents, binary, hexadecimal, conversion from decimal to binary.
Average users complete a level in 4.2 minutes. The faster an user completes a level the higher their problem-solving ability. Eventually, SenseiiWyze will have a badging/ certificate to share as a credential with employers verifying digital skill acquisition.
We serve Front-liners, those in retail, logistics, hospitality, factory production jobs, earning $10-$20 per hour. People do not believe they have the intellectual capacity to move into emerging tech careers in cybersecurity, network engineering, AI & data analytics, or Internet of Things. They provide them "Tech Training" which is really customer service rep training that never leads to a wage higher than $25 per hour.

Our team are all first-generation underserved techies, who rose up the career ladder out of poverty, with both formal and informal digital learning experiences. Our experiences, in living through barriers and challenges, influence our engagement with adult learners and product design.
While our CEO had ranked 5th in her high school class, with 80 percentile on the ACT nationwide, when was told she was "not college material' because she was the only poor person in the top 25 of her class. She never forget that pain and will never allow another person she serves experience that pain.

Our 2 natural markets are Workforce Development Agencies and Corporate HR/Training. Automation Workz serves 3 agencies and the State of Michigan Electric Vehicles Jobs Academy. Workforce Development agencies will receive Digital Equity act funding to improve digital skills soon.
Our CEO sits on the CEO Talent Council involved in creating Michigan talent strategies. Our CEO is a member of Society Human Resources Management and is securing speaking engagements across the country.
Next markets –
Student Loan Servicers are experiencing high loan defaults after the pandemic pause. Approximately 8 million people are in default. Many are people of color who did not complete their credential.
Retirement Plan/ Pension Providers are struggling to get people of color to make regular contributions to their retirement. The vision board may provide clarity of goals and motivation.
