We can improve our mental health and resilience through remaining fit, having excercises, meditating, doing yoga, maintaining daily routine, taking power naps, getting organised, remaining hydrated, eating healthy.

Global people do agree we are facing the problems of excessive stress and less resilience.

Dear us, we can improve our mental health through remaining fit by having excercises, and listening to music while exercising . Songs pump up the jams while working out can improve cognitive functions. By doing Yoga: a math test or spelling be may be the last thing on anyone’s mind during Savasana. But research suggests yoga can improve mood and concentration, enhance cognitive performance. And also by maintaining daily routine, taking power naps, getting organised, remaining hydrated, eating healthy foods (specially omega 3 fatty acids) and above all, thinking positive. Thus, it is possible to get smarter, savvier, and more creative

And to improve mental resilience, you should exercise, meditate, practice yoga or do some other form of relaxation on a regular basis; before going to bed you should make a mental list of everything he/she has to be grateful for. Gratitude is one of the basic underpinnings of contentment and stress resilience. And obviuosly, we should seek support and motivate himself. Our closest friends, certain co-workers, family members, spiritual advisors and counselors can help us weather any storm. These are the pillars of strength. Don’t be afraid to lean on them in times of trouble. Tell these supportive people exactly what is going on: I’m having trouble financially. I feel really depressed. I am having trouble with co-workers who I thought were my friends. There is an old saying that applies here: A problem shared is a problem halved.

By following these simple things, we can make ourselvers happier, improve our mental health and mental resilience.
