Describe what makes your solution innovative.

What makes my venture innovative is because am an innovator ,inventor and a dreamer and so are my team members.the aim of our venture is not all about starting a business and making money , we wanted to give the students what we weren't given in school , motivation about our talents,dreams, goals and life, we are able to impact students and enable them understand they can achieve anything they set their minds on. the materials, tools and teaching aids we uses are made by us we create our materials this makes us understand what the students need to be dreamers and achievers, we provided a certain amount of information that helps us connect with the students and find out their skill set and level. we process then follow up each student based on their learning pattern this helps us not to leave any student left behind .

Describe the core technology that your solution utilizes.

Tech involved in the skill training of these students is from local materials or scrap from spoiled appliances , the reason for the use of these local materials is to enable these students with the talent of using local material or materials accessible to them to solve global problems this is to make them adaptable where ever they find them selves. the app we are currently developing would be use to make each students progression by providing IQ tests. accessibility to information on the web site. For the spark nuit its a device that uses orange peels to produce electricity , the process is basically to convert the orange peels to achoo then which provides a source of heat which is then converted from thermal to mechanical to electrical energy which is stored in an accumulator which is then used later at night .

Why do you expect your solution to address the problem?

Theory of change . our users experience was amazing ,in fact the impact rate we predicted was surpassed by the result we got .The students development was fast under three weeks 60% began coming up with ideas , designs and prototypes, in the art sector their writing skills and drawing was improving at a faster rate to, their class teachers said that students involved in the program performed better in class than the rest , statistical improvement in their academic performance in general. It was amazing we even got an increase in our pay checks , not only that our students started representing the school in debates, essay competitions ,quiz and science fair exhibitions. awarded best innovator of my state by the governor in 2018. The  most meaningful and inspiring was being able to impact knowledge into young minds of students being the founder and CEO of 'Artechub' I was able to help young potential minds and talents develop and bring up ideas, I had 15 schools registered I had around 150+ students participating , 3 of our best schools represented the state in national science fairs came out second in the whole Nigeria. Artechubs had a lot of achievements in the state .'Artechubs'' at the age of 17 in which I train school students/pupils in innovation and problem-solving in the society we are still growing and planing to expand our business

Currently we have 15 schools registered under us and about 150+ students registered under our program we are currently expanding  and reaching out to  more schools .500000 readers on our website and followers on our social media platforms. we are working to expand to 30 school and 500+ schools by 2020.

What are your goals within the next year and within the next five years?

The first aim of Artechubs for our next step is rapid expansion and publicity , we hope to stabilize our business growth with the scale of resources we have. our aim is to start lending not only knowledge , motivation , materials etc  but to pass out support to this young talents not only in my state nor country but the whole world . we hope to impact and produce more problem solvers , artists , writers ,inventor ,  poets and leaders. firstly we would acquire an office employ  more workers to our team. media growth is our aim to gain publicity and it has a wider scope to reach out to people the internet not only has negative effects but we could use it to our advantage to provide the valid information to students world wide . currently am developing app that for more data and information collection from our students .We will mass produce our mini generator that uses alcohol extracted from the peels as fuel source to produce electricity, it will expand to the market and help improve education in areas affected by lack electricity. We plan on advertising our products on social media for easy marketing.

What are the barriers that currently exist for you to accomplish your goals for the next year and for the next five years?

challenges we are facing is the number of our students is increasing drastically and we dont have the sufficient resources to match the number we are gaining to our programs , we also need to acquire a head quarter, the reason for the slow expansion of our company is due to lack of resources and man power  and skills.

How are you planning to overcome these barriers?

The best plan we have to over come these problems of expansion is by applying for grants and funds , we also hope in establishing a strong hold with more schools we could increase our income rate and the amount of schools we can handle depends on the capital and income we make. the lunching of our app can create a chain of source income by our users.

Why are you and your team best-placed to deliver this solution?

The team was put together based on skill set and talent , basically the team comprises of innovators, technicians , writers, artists,designers and engineers. The team are all dreamers and visionary's.   The aim of our venture is not all about starting a business and making money , we wanted to give the students what we weren't given in school , motivation about our talents,dreams, goals and life, we are able to impact students and enable them understand they can achieve anything they set their minds on. the materials, tools and teaching aids we uses are made by us we create our materials this makes us understand what the students need to be dreamers and achievers.The best team i have ever worked with.

With what organizations are you currently partnering, if any? How are you working with them?

We are currently working with edufun they are organisation that teaches students on robotics and programming . So we are partnering up with them by making the robots with local materials and they hook it up with the codes to get them working this helps our students learn with local and urban methods at the same time.

What is your business model?

Our business model is based on going to schools and signing up schools and students under the program based on the school wants the we come to a term with the school based on the amount of students we are handling we get paid on a monthly note . we then offer the students with codes to asses our app and website this enables them with the information they need. we then provide the school with information on competitions locally and international. we help by sponsoring a project  idea from the pitch the students offer along with mentor ship and guide to achieve the project.   

What is your path to financial sustainability?

On our financial planning is to acquire funds and involve in programs to help support our business .
our App will be lunched by December 2019 we hope to raise money from the downloads , inclusive of our website and media platforms . expanding the number of schools we have under our program can drastically improve our net worth , we hope to start a tv show where we speak on topics the improve learning in school.
