What is the problem you are solving?

The overarching objective of the project is to foster self-employment and entrepreneurship among youth from disadvantaged communities in Bangladesh by enabling access to innovative travel and tourism business opportunities via a mobile and web-based platform .

Who are you serving?

The specific objectives of the project are the following:
a) To empower local youths in targeted cities, zillas, upazillas and unions to find employment as “digital tour guides”.
b) To foster youth entrepreneurship and strengthen capacity of unemployed youths to make full use of government e-centers for providing digital tourism services.
c) To enrich content creators, marketers and local guide literacy for tourism industry among young citizens and local entrepreneurs.
d) To provide access to user-friendly, cost effective and centralized assisted travel and tourism services for both in-country and foreign tourists.
e) To foster career growth and the development of individuals, specially youth, through tourism.
f) To promote the concepts of popular “hyper local” and “customized travel experiences” in Bangladesh and create a unique branding proposition of Bangladesh in international arena.
g) To leverage the available technological tools, internet platforms and youths trained in IT based skills to create the largest pool of “digital tour guides” in the region.

BECAUSE IT WAS OUR IDEA AND THAT'S WHY WE HAVE PATENTED AND GOT THE COPYRIGHT LICENSE IN BANGLADESH FOR THIS IDEA ,SO THAT WE ONLY CAN WORK ON OUR IDEA AND MAKE IT HAPPEN EVEN IF IT TAKES TIME. BUT NO ONE ELSE CAN DO IT EXCEPT US AS PER THE LAW.

What is your business model?

WE RECEIVE 20% OF THE DEAL OF EVERY TOUR THAT'S BEEN COMPLETED AND WE CHARGE ONLY FROM THE VENDOR BUT NOT FROM THE CLIENTSWE .

What is your path to financial sustainability?

Donations and grants are our first preference and when the business gets stable we believe this project is strong enough to sustain by itself from the perspective of Bangladesh.

Tiger Challenge can help me financially to start the project and run it flawlessly without having a interval for arraigning the funds. Tiger challenge has also an expert team of mentor who can guide us .
