CSR Recruiitment Platform leveraging on fintech, HR-tech, AI to transform the way people get jobs and boost financial inclusion.
Millions of people lose their jobs daily due to business transformation and automation. At the same time, businesses elsewhere in the world need the skills of those people who have been laid off. However, it is not easy for the two parties to meet, there is a lack of information about the skills on demand resulting in a ''digital skills gap''. The situations is even worse for disadvantaged people as there are very few opportunities created for them.
Transformify leverages on fintech, HR-tech, and AI to close the digital skills gap, help people to upskill by suggesting relevant elearning, create opportunities for people in need, and boost the financial inclusion. We have developed CSR programs to address the needs of people living in high-unemployment areas, post-war zones, women in the Middle East, single parents, people with disabilities, refugees, etc.
To create more jobs, Transformify helps startups to access talent, enter new markets and transfer secure payments.
