There are more than 5 million people providing at-home services in the gig economy,such as cleaners, caregivers, babysitters and pet sitters they are part of the most vulnerable forces in the US facing 3 barriers, difficulty finding work, unpredictable scheduling on income and lack of benefits.
The so call Gig economy offered great chances of flexibility and new options to generate income but also increased the inequality by reducing the income per hour of the workers and letting them unprotected. We believe Domestic gigs should hold the power to create opportunities for themselves, their families and for others that is why our solution make easy for them to find clients through a referral system network, be booked multiple times and gain access to benefits like health care, dental care among others. Our disruptive business model allow workers to keep 100% of the money they earn and access to benefits.

Our revenue model:
We have two source of revenue, Vincle-credits and monlty fee.
Vincle credits are purchased by clients to award their workers with benefits such as insurance, dental care among others. Vincle-credits can be granted on a monthly basis or per service.
Monthly-fee model: Workers that want to be more visible can pay a monthly fee to publish their Vincles in our directory. Vincle helps them to increase their clientele base.

As a social entrepreneur, solo founder and latina female founder, I believe Solve can provide me with the best quality of advice, support, and network that I need to put this solution in hand of those that are needing it.
