Come Solve with Us!

What is a Solveathon?

A Solveathon is a design thinking workshop. We’ll use MIT’s patented approach to creating scalable innovative solutions for our Work of the Future Challenge as part of the MIT Solve community.

Why Work of the Future?

The digital transformation to cloud, the emergence of artificial intelligence and machine learning, the ushering in of robotics and the rapid progression of many other technological advancements will leave many people behind and further widen the gap of those already behind, like the myriad of homeless, unemployed, and underemployed black people, especially Millennials struggling to find meaningful and prosperous work in STEM.

RLI’s mission has always been to create a path via education, training, and certification for black people to gain early entry and access to high six-figure salary paying STEM careers, thus empowering these marginalized communities to create economic prosperity. This year's MIT Solve Work for the Future Challenge aligns perfectly with our mission and goals.

Every year, the global MIT Solve community, (MIT Alumni, Staff, Students, Foundations, Venture Capitalists, Angel Investors, Corporate Sponsors, and other Industry experts and Academia) collaborate combining resources, skills, and knowledge, endeavoring to solve the world's most critical challenges. with innovative technologies.

Solve is an initiative of MIT and RLI Consulting is a member of the MIT Solve community, seeking to become a Solver this year.
