What specific problem are you solving?
Equitable, access-for-all education will never happen without the environments that are able to host coherence; the kind of coherence that leads to meaning-making. We are living in a society riddled with the effects of trauma. As education is the predecessor system in an ecosystem of systems, it is our responsibility to create those paths of coherence that will allow for the access to story and resulting opportunity for flourishing. It is not enough to be “trauma-informed”, but we must have strategies and processes in place, assimilated into the fabric of our operations, to become “trauma-resilient”. The unresolved influence is a fragmented delivery of services at the school perpetuating in the school body. This state of incongruence, placed upon students, teachers, and classrooms, further impede cognitive processes, these processes misinterpreted as abilities instead of a time-stamped capacity issue. STRY Readi will provide schools with the ability to create paths of coherence and continuity across the parts enabling them to address inequities, gaps, and as a result increase outcomes.
What is your solution?
STRY Readi is the first in a suite of integrated solutions hosted on the STRYPATH platform. Each feature within STRYPATH—including STRY Readi—functions independently while also supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of the next, creating a cohesive and synergistic system.
STRY Readi is a comprehensive and strategically designed, evaluation tool designed to support schools and districts in:
• Fostering transformative leadership
• Building stronger, more coherent systems and processes
• Prioritizing the whole child
• Engaging families and communities in meaningful ways
• Aligning operations with core values and long-term vision
• Equipping school teams with actionable, data-informed insights
Using a statement-based assessment, STRY Readi build on the key drivers of Universal Equity Pedagogy. The assessment generates a customized roadmap that identifies priority areas and recommends next steps. This roadmap helps schools align their programs, resources, and personnel toward increased coherence, equity, and measurable impact.
"This tool is a comprehensive solution to addressing the connections and interplays of daily operations within both the school and classroom." Dr. Dinorah Bores, Education Administrator in TX and reviewer for diagnostic tool. (Email for Letter of Endorsement)
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
STRY Readi has the capacity to serve any education environment. With over 150,000 schools between public, private, and charter, that is a lot of environments. But while 150,000 education environments sounds exciting - and that is just in the U.S. - what is more exciting is the impact on the lives of the students and families that are served there. While STRYPATH and features like STRY Readi impact the lives of all students, those who stand to see the greatest effect are those schools serving students that have been historically and generationally marginalized and disenfranchised.
By working to reset equitable foundations and creating paths of coherence, students are grounded for success. Life trajectories are shifted, gaps between perceived capacities and true abilities are identified and reduced, outcomes increase, agency increases, and all of the sudden life looks different. The disproportionate representation of black and brown students is addressed and systemic inequities are impacted. This solution opens up the possibility of turning student stories into assets, classrooms into launchpads, and education into a catalyst for justice, healing, and prosperity.
