Erica is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a Pre-Med concentration. She is certified as an ICS2 Healthcare Information Security Privacy Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Erica is also a member of the American College of Health Executives (ACHE), Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), where she chairs the BCBST Scholarship Committee. Erica was inspired to start MedHaul after seeing the transportation barriers her grandmother faced as a double-leg amputee. Erica knew there had to be a better way to book transportation for patients with special needs.
