Frankie Berger is the Director of State Public Policy at Neurocrine Biosciences, where she advances policies to improve the lives of people living with serious mental illnesses. Frankie has more than a decade of state and federal advocacy wins under her belt for mental health, criminal justice reform, and low-income housing. She previously served as the Director of State Policy for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and Director of Advocacy at the Treatment Advocacy Center.
