Kristin Daley is the Director of Development & Communications for the Law Enforcement Action Partnership, a national nonprofit organization of law enforcement experts offering evidence-based solutions to justice system issues and leading the call for impactful, sustainable police reform that prioritizes public safety and community wellbeing. Kristin leads development of the Law Enforcement Action Partnership’s fundraising and grant writing initiatives, action campaigns, public communication to supporters, and web strategy and design. She holds a degree in Communications and Media Production from Northeastern University and worked at a Boston-based newspaper before joining LEAP in 2007. In addition to her work with LEAP, Kristin is particularly interested in justice system reform that prioritizes survivors of sexual violence and intimate partner violence: she serves as a Nationally Certified Crisis Responder for RAINN's National Sexual Assault Hotline and in 2020, was elected to serve as Liaison between NSAH crisis responders and RAINN management. She is also a Credentialed Victim Advocate through the National Organization of Victim Assistance (NOVA), with a specialty in sexual assault.
