Mark is the head of foundation at team collaboration and software productivity company, Atlassian. He is also the Australian lead for Pledge 1%, a corporate philanthropy movement co-founded by Atlassian, dedicated to making the community a key stakeholder in every business. Pledge 1% encourages and challenges individuals and companies to pledge 1% of equity, profit, product and/or employee time for their communities. The movement has thousands of members across more than 50 countries. Mark has a rare combination of extensive commercial and philanthropic experience. He joined Atlassian in December 2016 following a successful 33-year career with PwC. Most recently, Mark was PwC Australia’s Corporate Responsibility Partner and a member of PwC’s Global Corporate Responsibility Board for six years.
