Tech and Governance Researcher Mitchell Anhoury has worked on software at the intersection of public and private sector his whole career, first at CampusLogic and then at Axon. While there he worked in product management and go-to-market capacities on their records management (RMS) and dispatch (CAD) software products. His experience in the space between law enforcement professionals, public defenders/prosecutors, and tech leaders set him up to conduct independent research and consult for public safety tech companies. He's written about decision-making power in law enforcement orgs, studied how tech breaks or is strangled by policy, and analyzed software markets and procurement strategies in public safety orgs.
