Oren is an Associate Partner in Dalberg’s New York office, where he leads Dalberg’s Cities Practice as well as its Environment Practice. He advises city and national governments, corporations, multilateral development agencies, and foundations to develop and implement strategies that strengthen the natural and built environment and enable more equitable and sustainable prosperity.

Oren has experience working in over 30 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. He holds a BA and a PhD in Environmental Economics from Stanford University.
