Tania Dias currently works as an Assistant Dean of Admission at Amherst College, with a focus on diversity and minority recruitment. She received a bachelor’s degree in Black Studies from Amherst College in 2013, and is driven to explore questions of human rights, migration and social justice. In 2015, Dias co-founded Girls to Summit, a leadership initiative for high school girls aspiring to be political and social changemakers. Guided by a belief in the power of education to transform lives, she is committed to increase educational access for the world’s most disenfranchised communities.
