Financial access and connectivity have seen real change in expanding economic opportunity . But progress isn’t the same as true inclusion. For billions of people, financial security, digital services, and safe, affordable housing are still out of reach.

MIT Solve’s 2027 Economic Prosperity Global Challenge will seek exceptional tech-based solutions that expand pathways to quality employment and housing, strengthen financial resilience, and increase safe and equitable digital participation.
