In response to Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

This is a well researched, proven and relevant solution. This appears to positively impact many lives!

Mr. Richard Sun CFA

Thank you.

In response to What specific problem are you solving?

This solution would be beneficial to many of the employees/ clients in the ReSkilling arena that have met in Colorado. It appears to address barriers certain genders and ethnicities in particular may face upon entering the workforce.

Mr. Richard Sun CFA

Agreed. This solution does appear to be applicable across geography and multiple categories of the marginalized or underserved.

In response to Pitch your solution.

This solution appears that it will positively impact lives / solve an existing problem most everywhere. This solution will solve roadblocks many who enter the IT arena could use to gain a stronger footing in the IT arena and potentially earn a higher wage.

Mr. Richard Sun CFA

Thank you, we agree.

In response to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: What is your approach to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization?

Would like to see you reach out to other under represented populations.

Mr. Richard Sun CFA

Agreed. We have plans to do so as we grow both in new locations and in size. We are currently exploring expansion plans that include single parents and native Americans. The model appears to be readily adaptable. We can accommodate single parents by partnering with a group that meets their needs for childcare and other support while they are with us.

In response to Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?

Great stats! Good investment! Serving veterans, displaced workers, and underserved young adults. This could be a way forward for many.

Mr. Richard Sun CFA

Thank you for your encouragement. We agreed it should be a path for many given the size of the need for IT professionals (500,000 unfilled jobs listed and many more probably hidden) and the variety of marginalized potential workers we can upskill,
