What is the problem you are solving?

Growing up, I remember my aunt losing her dear baby due to complications arising from childbirth, which could have been avoided if there were access to health care and the right information. Unfortunately, her story isn't a unique one. Today in Nigeria, over 7 million babies are born every year, but the country still has the 3rd highest rate of infant mortality in the world with the majority of them being totally preventable. To make matters worse, nearly 300,000 babies lives are lost before their fifth birthday.

So when it was time to choose a career path, It was an easy decision for me to choose working at a maternity Clinic instead of the high paying job offers. A year later, I realised one of the biggest problems mothers face is poor access to health care and health care professional. So I decided to quit my job at the clinic to start babymigo in order to leverage technology to solve these challenges.
