Project Summary:
La Firme makes architectural and engineering services accessible for low and middle-income families in LatAm. Our new business model redefines traditional architecture and engineering services to make them accessible and affordable. We leverage existing databases to automatically assess the lot and complement it with an efficient site visit facilitated by technology. Through an engaging online experience, families share their spatial needs and preferences. We use this data to match families with pre-filtered architects to design their home in solely 3 online meetings. Automatized templates and guidelines enable architects to work faster. In 4 weeks, families receive a customized set of plans, a booklet that translates its technicalities, and an incremental growth strategy.
