This concept is called 40K. What does that mean - what does the 40 K imply?
Does it mean that you intend to reach 40,000 students in a year?
Does it imply a "Gold Standard", which realy only goes to 24K?
I think that the Project Name should reflect "some easy to understand" degree of reality.
