For-Purpose Entrepreneurship is a webinar and podcast series to explore business models for social enterprises. Each session will focus on a specific topic: what is purpose-driven leadership, and how does it impact company culture and design, leading and sustaining purpose driven entities, governance and legal structures, and fundraising and financing? We will partner with entrepreneurs and thought leaders to consider case studies and actionable structures, and make recommendations for additional opportunities.

We’ll explore the benefits and importance of employee and steward-ownership as well as address known barriers to adoption. We’ll draw on the experiences and knowledge of Brock Barton, VP of Finance at King Arthur Flour, a 100% employee-owned organization, and Camille Canon’s, Partner at Purpose Economy, experts on steward ownership, to discuss the principles and practices that underpin successful alternative ownership structures, considering the impacts on all stakeholders.
