In many parts of Africa and other underserved regions, laboratory infrastructure is either limited or completely absent. This leads to delayed or incorrect diagnoses, especially for diseases like malaria, HIV, tuberculosis, and non-communicable diseases.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), nearly 50% of the global population lacks access to essential diagnostic services. In sub-Saharan Africa, only 1 in 10 people have access to basic laboratory testing. The situation is worse in rural areas, where transporting samples to centralized labs leads to delays, degraded samples, and increased costs.

The device performs a wide range of diagnostic tests across Hematology (e.g., peripheral blood film analysis), Biochemistry (e.g., LFTs, RFTs, electrolytes), and Serology (e.g., blood grouping) using an easy-to-load, cartridge-based system. With integrated AI and Machine Learning, it interprets complex results accurately and swiftly, reducing reliance on highly skilled personnel.
