FLAP addresses the critical need for technological literacy and access among low-wage workers in the agricultural and foodchain sectors. These workers are disproportionately affected by economic instability and limited access to technological resources, which are crucial for safety and career advancement. The solution aims to equip over 100,000 workers with the skills and tools needed to navigate and succeed in increasingly tech-driven work environments.

FLAP's solution serves low-wage workers and their households in the cannery, farming, greenhouse, landscaping, meat, nursery, packinghouse, poultry, restaurants, and snow plowing industries, who often face workplaces injustices and currently lack adequate access to technology and training opportunities. By equipping these workers with necessary tech skills and tools, FLAP significantly enhances their job performance, safety, and economic opportunities, directly improving their quality of life and that of their families.
