What specific problem are you solving?
We are solving the problem of high energy use and carbon emissions in industrial water treatment systems like ETPs (Effluent Treatment Plants), STPs (Sewage Treatment Plants), and water-cooled chiller plants. These systems often waste water, chemicals, and energy because they are poorly monitored and managed. Most factories hire outside companies to run their water systems, but they don’t get real-time updates or data. Decisions are made based on guesswork, not facts. This leads to high operating costs, early equipment failure, and more pollution. In India alone, there are over 615,000 such water systems. One large chiller plant can waste over 400,000 units of electricity per year—creating more than 300 tons of CO₂. The problem is even bigger worldwide. Our solution is a simple, low-cost software that helps operators monitor water, energy, and chemical use in real time—without needing expensive hardware. This helps reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, and save money. It also helps businesses follow new climate rules, like India’s 2025 Liquid Waste Management law. By improving water quality, we reduce energy use and support global climate goals.

Our solution is a smart, easy-to-use software that helps industries manage their water treatment systems better—without buying any new machines or sensors. It works on phones, tablets, or computers, and helps operators track water quality, energy use, and chemical usage in real time. Here’s how it works: Operators enter simple data like water flow, chemical dose, and energy meter readings through a chat-based interface (like WhatsApp). Our software turns this into live dashboards with graphs and trends. This helps users see what’s working, what’s wasting energy, and where improvements can be made. We use data analytics and cloud technology to give daily and monthly reports with suggestions to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve performance. Our system also sends alerts when something goes wrong or needs fixing. Unlike other systems, we don’t sell sensors or hardware. Our tool works with the same workforce and existing setup—making it affordable, fast to start (under 24 hours), and scalable. It supports climate goals by helping industries cut energy use and carbon emissions through better water management.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution serves industries and large buildings that run water treatment systems like ETPs, STPs, and chiller plants. This includes factories, hospitals, hotels, malls, and commercial complexes. These places use a lot of water and energy but often have little control or understanding of how their systems are performing. The main users are plant owners and on-ground operators. Today, they rely on manual logs, delayed reports, and third-party services. This leads to water and energy waste, high costs, and equipment breakdowns. Operators often feel blamed when something goes wrong, even though they don’t have the tools or training to monitor the system properly. Our solution gives these users simple digital tools to track performance, fix problems early, and make better decisions. Operators get real-time support and become more skilled. Owners get live dashboards and regular reports to cut operating costs and meet environmental rules. In short, our tool empowers users with data, saves time and money, and reduces stress—while also helping their organizations become more sustainable and climate-friendly.
