What specific problem are you solving?
Nepal’s growing e-commerce and social commerce sectors are held back by inefficient, manual order and delivery management systems. Around 10,000 SMEs selling online in Nepal, majority of which operate through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, manage orders manually using spreadsheets, notebooks, or scattered messages. This leads to frequent errors, delayed fulfillment, missed deliveries, and a poor customer experience. Small and home-based businesses struggle to track orders, manage inventory, or coordinate logistics effectively. They lose precious time handling back-and-forth communication and reconciling payments—time that could be used to grow their business. On the logistics side, companies like ours face rising operational costs, inconsistent data, and inefficient coordination with these SMEs. These issues are especially severe in rural and semi-urban areas, where infrastructure and access to digital tools are limited. Collectively, these challenges limit the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of Nepal’s digital commerce ecosystem. Without the right tools, businesses can’t grow sustainably, and logistics networks can’t operate efficiently. The result is a broken experience for sellers, buyers, and service providers.

It also offers valuable business insights—such as best-selling products, frequent delivery locations, and customer behavior—enabling small businesses to make data-driven decisions and grow. For logistics providers like us, AI Order Manager improves coordination with sellers, reduces manual bottlenecks, and enhances last-mile delivery efficiency. The result is faster fulfillment, better customer satisfaction, and scalable operations. By bridging the gap between informal commerce and structured logistics, AI Order Manager empowers social sellers to operate like modern e-commerce businesses. Our solution primarily serves small and home-based businesses in Nepal—many of which are run by women and youth—who rely on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to sell products. These entrepreneurs are part of the rapidly growing informal digital economy, but they face significant operational challenges: managing orders manually from chat messages, frequent delivery delays, lack of tracking systems, and no access to actionable business data. These businesses are currently underserved by mainstream e-commerce tools, which are often expensive, complex, or not tailored to their needs. They lack the infrastructure and digital tools to operate at scale, compete effectively, or provide a smooth customer experience. AI Order Manager empowers them by turning social media messages into structured, trackable orders, automating key tasks like order confirmation and delivery coordination. It eliminates the chaos of manual order handling, saves time, and reduces costly mistakes. Additionally, it provides insights into customer behavior and sales performance—something these businesses rarely have access to. By making order management and logistics simple, affordable, and data-driven, our solution helps these small businesses grow faster, serve their customers better, and operate more professionally—unlocking new income opportunities and improving their quality of life.
