What specific problem are you solving?
70 millions of children worldwide struggle with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, or ADHD, which affect 15–20% of students globally. These challenges are often identified too late—typically after age 8—when academic gaps have already widened and emotional consequences have taken root. In many regions, especially under-resourced areas, schools lack tools and trained professionals to detect these issues early. Universal screening is rare, and interventions are often delayed, fragmented, or not personalized. This disproportionately affects children from vulnerable backgrounds, deepening educational inequality. Early intervention reduces school failure, strengthens emotional wellbeing, prevents future mental health issues, and expands long-term educational and employment opportunities.
What is your solution?
Our solution is a digital platform that uses AI to help schools, families, and professionals detect and address learning difficulties—such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD—during the most critical early years. The platform offers universal screening for children aged 5 to 12, assessing key cognitive and academic skills including reading, math, attention, and working memory. Assessments are gamified, quick, and scientifically validated, making them accessible and engaging for young learners. Once students are screened, the platform builds a personalized profile for each child and delivers adaptive activities tailored to their needs. These activities automatically adjust every few days based on the student’s performance, accelerating progress in literacy and numeracy. Teachers receive simple, clear reports that help them understand each child’s strengths and challenges, enabling data-informed decisions in the classroom. Families and non-formal education professionals can also access the platform, supporting a coordinated, multi-environment intervention. Our technology combines machine learning, cognitive science, and real-time feedback systems to deliver scalable, inclusive, and intensive interventions at low cost. This is particularly valuable in regions with limited access to specialists.
Who does your solution serve, and in what ways will the solution impact their lives?
Our solution serves children aged 5 to 12 who are at risk of learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD—especially those in underserved communities where access to specialists is limited or delayed. These children often struggle in silence for years before receiving a diagnosis, which impacts their academic success, emotional wellbeing, and long-term opportunities. We also serve the educators, families, and professionals who support these children. Teachers often lack the tools or training to identify difficulties early, and families may face long waiting times for evaluations and intervention. In low-resource settings, many children never receive the help they need. Our platform empowers teachers with simple, data-driven insights, enabling early and inclusive action in the classroom. It gives families and non-formal educators access to professional-level support at home or in community centers. For children, it means receiving support when it matters most—early—through personalized, engaging activities that boost confidence and learning outcomes. By reducing barriers to early detection and intervention, we improve educational equity and help all children reach their full potential, regardless of background or location.
